Issues reported after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund consideration. Matlock Farms is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, particularly food items and small-batch goods, not all items are eligible for return or refund.
