Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, depending on availability and the pace of the farm that week. Many of our items are small-batch and seasonal, which means timing can vary slightly. If there’s ever a delay or change, we’ll let you know.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States using standard carriers such as USPS or UPS.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.  Delivery timelines may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays outside our control. 

Local Pickup (If Available)
When local pickup is offered, details will be shared at checkout or in your confirmation email. Pickup timing is coordinated around farm schedules—thank you for your flexibility.

Small-Batch Reality
Because our products are made or packed in small batches:

• Availability may be limited

• Packaging may vary slightly

• Orders may occasionally ship separately

This is part of working with real seasons and real hands. We’ll always communicate clearly.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Matlock Farms is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the issue so we can help as quickly as possible.

Reporting Window
Shipping concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement or refund consideration.
After 7 days:

• Carrier claims are often no longer possible

• Product condition (especially food items) can’t be reliably verified

• We may be unable to offer replacements or refunds

That said, if something truly unusual comes up, we encourage you to reach out. We’ll always review situations case by case.
